Clerk to the Governing Body - Part time. Immediate Start
Location: Based at Clyst St Mary Primary School and Stoke Canon C of E Primary School
The Three Rivers Federation consists of two village Primary Schools on the edge of the City of Exeter. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and kind individual to join our fantastic team working up to approximately 114 hours per year. Equivalent to 3 hours per week, Term time only. Home working, with attendance at evening meetings.
Do you have basic administrative skills, good writing ability and an eye for detail? Would you like to gain new skills in a flexible, varied, and interesting role? We have a vacancy for a clerk to support our local governing body. Among other things you would be responsible for the circulation of agendas, attending meetings and taking accurate minutes; monitoring governing body membership and attendance; maintaining records; and providing administrative support and legal/procedural advice to the governors. The governing body usually meets in the evening but much of the rest of the work can be completed at home at times convenient to you. Meetings are held virtually but some may take place at one of the schools.
